Q. Do you provide an emergency call out service

A. Yes, we do, we discuss with our clients what they require and arrange the required cover.

Q. Do you give free quotations.

A. Yes, all our quotations and estimates are free. we do not charge as we feel, or prices are competitive therefore we expect acceptance of the vast majority.

Q. Is your work guaranteed.

A. Yes, we give a standard 12 month workmanship warranty and materials are the standard manufacturer’s warranty, often up to 5 years. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.

Q. Can I provide my own materials.

A. Yes, although it will need to be new and to our standard before we will install and the guarantee will be your responsibility. please also note we can in most circumstances buy better and cheaper even from high street or online stores if you provide the specification.

Q. Do we have to pay up front.

A. In most cases we work on invoice on completion or staged payments. We like to feel the customer is satisfied with the work before payment is requested. Again, please look at or terms and conditions of sale.

Q. Do you price match.

A. No not usually, we always give our best price and are confident we can win most jobs priced on like for like and rely on your confidence with our ability to do the best for you at point of sale.
